Cleaning Service

During the stay, the housekeeping team ensures a well-kept and pleasant atmosphere so that the holiday in Villa Sansibar can be enjoyed in complete relaxation. Cleanliness, comfort and loving attention to detail are always the top priority.

Laundry Service

Fresh bed linen is of course already provided upon arrival. If desired, an additional change of bed linen can be arranged during the stay for a service fee of 20 EUR. Please note that towels are not provided and must be brought along.

Airport transfer

We are also happy to assist with organizing a reliable airport transfer. On request, contact can be arranged with trusted drivers who are personally known and who will take guests comfortably from the airport to Villa Sansibar. Depending on the time of day and the number of passengers, the cost for a one-way transfer is usually between 30 and 40 US dollars.

Tour organization

We are also happy to assist with planning and organizing special excursions and experiences in Zanzibar. Thanks to the dreamlike location of Villa Sansibar in Jambiani on the island’s east coast, many of the most beautiful sights and activities can be easily reached from the accommodation. Whether snorkeling at the reef, dolphin tours, traditional dhow boat trips, kite surfing, Safari Blue, spice tours, or a visit to the historic old town of Stone Town – we are happy to connect guests with reliable local guides, drivers, and tour operators for unforgettable experiences in Zanzibar.

Safari in Tanzania

As a special highlight, there is also support available for organizing unforgettable safaris on the Tanzanian mainland. Day trips or multi-day safaris with domestic flights from Zanzibar are particularly popular, offering the chance to experience Africa’s fascinating wildlife up close – including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and many other wild animals in their natural habitat. Depending on the national park, duration, and level of comfort, the cost of a fly-in safari is usually between approximately 450 and 900 US dollars per person. There is also assistance in connecting with experienced and reliable safari providers.

Breakfast Service

A lovingly prepared breakfast is already included and is served daily by the warm-hearted staff. Look forward to fresh bread, tropical fruits, eggs and pancakes, and enjoy a relaxed start to the day on the covered rooftop terrace in the warm tropical air with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean.

Culinary Recommendations

Personal recommendations are available for small restaurants and local spots near Villa Sansibar that offer fresh, authentic food at fair prices. Many of these cozy places can be reached on foot along the beach or through the relaxed village of Jambiani. This makes it possible to experience the local cuisine of Zanzibar and the island’s unique atmosphere in a truly authentic way.

Wi-Fi Access

The Wi-Fi network of Villa Sansibar is currently still being expanded. Until then, the Wi-Fi of the neighboring hotel can conveniently be used, ensuring continued internet access during the stay. The goal is to provide an even better and more stable internet connection directly in the villa in the future.

Photovoltaic System

From July 2026, Villa Sansibar will also be equipped with a modern photovoltaic system to compensate as effectively as possible for the occasional power outages that occur in Zanzibar and to further enhance comfort for guests. This allows for an even more relaxed stay – with a more sustainable and reliable energy supply in the midst of a tropical environment.
